How do I complete my membership in order to receive my activation codes?

Once the invoice for your school subscription has been sent, we will need a detailed list of the classes that will use Netmath in your school this year to produce your activation codes. You can download the spreadsheet needed for us to create the codes at the bottom of this page. Complete the table following the example below:
Example:

Class Name:
The group name identifies your class.
Do not repeat the same class name in your school.
The name of your group could be anything. Be creative! See the example above.

Grade Number:
The grade of the group. In order to identify a grade level properly, enter the number of the grade as shown in the table above 3,4,5,6 7, 8, 9, 10.

Number of Students:
The number of students in a given classroom.

Complete teacher name:
First name and last name of the teacher responsible for Netmath in the classroom.

Teacher email:
The email of the teacher where the activation codes will be sent.

Please send back the completed form at our email address: support@netmath.ca and we will answer you as soon as possible.
